Case study
They were paying $5,000 a month for a website they did not own.
All Climate Heating & Air Conditioning, Redmond, Washington. Family-owned since 1993, serving King and Snohomish Counties. A managed engagement, four months in as of September 2026.
Where they started
Two vendors. Two invoices. And the website belonged to one of them.
All Climate was spending more than $50,000 a year on Salesforce, and $5,000 a month to the company that ran their search marketing.
The second contract had a clause in it. The website was the vendor’s. All Climate had paid for it for years and did not own it, which meant that leaving did not mean taking the site with them. It meant starting from nothing.
That is a hostage arrangement, and it is common in the trades. The company doing the work knows exactly what they have, and the company paying for it usually finds out on the day they try to leave.
The call that changed it
He did not want to hire us. He thought AI would cost his people their jobs.
What he believed
Bringing in AI means putting my people out of work.
That is the story everyone has been told, and his resistance was not skepticism. It was a good employer protecting a team he had built over thirty years. He was not behind the curve. He was being careful with people’s livelihoods, which is what an owner is for.
What we explained
The training goes to the employees, not around them.
Every one of his current staff learns to automate the monotonous parts of their own job. The work that is left is the part that needs a person, and each of them moves into more of a manager mentality over the work they used to grind through. It was built so that nobody would have to go.
Why it matters beyond All Climate
It is the objection that ends the conversation before price.
A business with staff hears “AI” and thinks “layoffs.” Here is an owner who thought exactly that, said so, and hired us anyway once he understood who the training was for. His people, and his name on it.
Two contracts, ended
Roughly $110,000 a year in vendor costs, gone.
- The search contract, ended
- $5,000
- a month, no longer paid. $60,000 a year.
- Salesforce, replaced
- $50,000+
- a year, no longer paid. GoHighLevel in its place.
Both contracts are over. Salesforce and the search vendor were two invoices and two companies who each did their part and answered for nothing beyond it. All Climate now runs on one system, gets one report a month, and has one company responsible for whether the whole thing works.
The first thirty days
We replicated the site so All Climate could own it.
The old vendor would not export the site. All Climate could not take their own website with them. So, with the vendor’s permission, we cloned it inside the first thirty days and launched the copy under All Climate’s own name: more than seven hundred pages by its own sitemap, checked 6 September 2026, every service and every city they work in.
That was the better call, and it is worth saying why. A rebuild from scratch would have put the search standing of several hundred pages at risk. Cloning kept every ranking they already had while the ownership changed hands. They kept what worked and stopped renting it.
allclimate.net, replicated and owned
Cloned with the vendor’s permission in the first month, launched under All Climate’s name, every ranking kept. More than seven hundred pages. Held in their name, not a vendor’s.
GoHighLevel, in place of Salesforce
One system for the customer records, the follow-up and the reviews, replacing the enterprise contract they had been carrying.
Every call answered inside sixty seconds
Inbound calls are routed automatically to the right channel and get a response within sixty seconds, including after hours.
Google Business Profile, managed
Kept current, with posts every week.
Reviews, asked for after every job
Review generation and responses, running without anyone having to remember.
Search and answer engines, worked every month
The ongoing work that keeps them findable on Google and in the AI assistants, with a report each month including the months nothing moved.
Speed to lead
A furnace fails at nine on a February night. Whoever answers first gets the job.
Speed to lead mattered to All Climate more than anything else we discussed, because in their trade it is the whole business. So every inbound call is routed automatically to the right channel and gets a response within sixty seconds, at two in the afternoon and at two in the morning.
- 42 hours
- Across 2,241 companies the average time to a first response was 42 hours, and 23% never responded at all. Firms that responded within an hour were seven times more likely to qualify the lead.
- 100x
- Analysis of more than 15,000 leads and 100,000 call attempts found the odds of making contact drop 100 times between five and 30 minutes, and the odds of qualifying drop 21 times.

Those two figures are on this site’s homepage as the reason follow-up is one of the five systems. All Climate is what they look like turned into a working system for a company whose phone rings when something has broken.
What they own now
Yours to keep, whether or not you continue with us.
That sentence is on this site’s pricing, in the questions page, and in clause seven of the terms. It reads like a reassurance. All Climate is why it is there.
They own allclimate.net. They own the domain, every one of those pages, the customer records in the system that replaced Salesforce, and every contact in it. If they left tomorrow, they would leave with all of it. That was not true before, and the difference is the whole reason this page exists.
Go and look
allclimate.net, owned.
The site they were paying for and could not take with them, cloned with the vendor’s permission and launched under their own name. Every ranking kept.
