Questions

The things people ask.

Including the ones with answers we would rather give early than have you find out later.

Both products are $4,500. What is the difference?
One is paid once and one is paid monthly. The AI Visibility Build is a single payment with no contract term: we design or rebuild your site, do the entity work behind a Google Knowledge Panel, set up your Google Business Profile and train you on Claude personally, and you keep all of it. AI Visibility Managed is $4,500 per month on a twelve month engagement, which is $54,000. It includes everything in the Build and then we run it every month instead of handing it over.
Does this only work for real estate agents?
No. Our longest-running client at this price is All Climate Heating and Air Conditioning in Redmond, Washington, an HVAC and electrical company that has been trading since 1993. The problem is the same in any business where people check you before they buy. Real estate is where we started and where most of our published numbers come from, so we mark those figures as being about agents rather than implying they describe every market.
How long before anything happens?
Lead response changes in week one, because that part is mechanical and we control it. Review requests and profile activity begin in the first month, because we run them. Rankings and AI citations depend on your market, and how fast they move there is what the audit tells you. We report on all of it monthly, including the months where nothing moved.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will mention me?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Ahrefs tracked 1,885 pages and found that adding schema markup produced no measurable change in AI citations, and 97% of llms.txt files were never requested at all. What the evidence does support is that 77% of AI citations on branded queries come from off-page sources: reviews, directories, forums, video and mentions on sites you do not own. That is where the work goes.
How much of my time does this take?
A couple of hours at the start to get your information, your photos and your access in one place, then roughly 30 to 60 minutes a month. The Claude training is run with you personally rather than sent to you as a login and a video, so that time is on the calendar rather than on your to-do list.
What do I own at the end?
The website, the domain, the content and every profile we build or claim on your behalf. That is true of the Build, which is a single payment, and it stays true of Managed. Nothing we set up is held hostage to the engagement continuing.
What is the AI Visibility Build, in plain terms?
Four things. A website designed from scratch or your existing one rebuilt to work properly. The markup and entity work that makes you a distinct, machine-readable thing on the internet, which is what a Google Knowledge Panel requires before it can exist. Your Google Business Profile set up and optimized. And private Claude AI training delivered to you personally.
Can you get me a Google Knowledge Panel?
Nobody can promise one. A Knowledge Panel is Google deciding it knows who you are with enough confidence to show a box about you, and that decision is theirs. What we can do is the work that makes it possible, and we know what that work is because we have done it for ourselves: the markup that describes you as an entity rather than a page, a real published book with an ISBN in Google’s book index, and a consistent profile network with the same name and details everywhere you appear. Two of our founders started from nothing but social accounts and both have panels today. We describe the work as eligibility, and we mean the word.
What does the monthly reporting cover?
Response time, review velocity, database activity and appointments booked, which are the inputs we own. Then rankings and AI citation checks, which are outputs we influence rather than control. You get both, including the months where nothing moved. Judge us at 90 days on the inputs.
Why is so much of the work not on my own website?
Because that is where the evidence says the results come from. On branded queries 77% of AI citations come from off-page sources rather than from the site itself. A site that nobody else corroborates is one unsupported claim. Reviews, directories, profiles, video and mentions on sites you do not own are what turn it into a verifiable one.
Do I have to learn any of the tools?
No. The build and the monthly work are done for you. The one place you are involved by design is the Claude training, because the point of it is that you can use it afterwards.
Who is behind this?
Brett K Moore and Mike Partners. Both of us run a site under our own name, and both are on the case studies page under a heading that says they are ours rather than outside proof. A business that sells this ought to have done it for itself first.
