Privacy

We collect what you type into the form on this site, and nothing else about you. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not buy lists.

If you want it deleted, email brett@bestknownbrand.com and we will delete it.

The enquiry form asks for your first name, your last name and your email address. It also offers, without requiring them, your phone number, your company, what you are interested in, and a free text box for anything you want to tell us.

It records which page and which button you came from, so we know what people respond to. It carries one hidden field that only automated submissions fill in, which is how we drop spam without making you solve a puzzle.

We ask for nothing else. There is no account to create and no password to set.

A submission is sent to our customer relationship system, which is run by GoHighLevel, so that a person can follow up with you. It is not sent anywhere else.

If that system is unreachable, the site tells you it could not record your enquiry rather than showing you a thank you and losing it. We would rather you know.

If you buy from us, the payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site or our systems. We see that a payment succeeded, what it was for, and the billing details Stripe passes back to us.

Stripe holds that data under its own privacy policy.

This site sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for anything. That is why you have not been asked to dismiss a consent banner, and it is a constraint we hold rather than a happy accident.

Two measurement tools do run, both from Vercel, who host the site. One counts page views and where visitors came from. The other records how quickly pages load and behave. Neither sets a cookie, neither follows you to another website, and neither builds a profile of you. We see totals and trends. We do not see you.

A third tool for product analytics is wired into the site and is currently switched off, because the key it needs is not set. If we switch it on it is configured to keep nothing on your device, to record no sessions, and to create no individual profile, and we will update this page when we do.

Vercel also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and for diagnosing faults. That is ordinary hosting and every website has an equivalent.

If you email us, we keep the email. Our mail is Google Workspace, so it is stored there under Google’s terms.

If we add you to any kind of list you will have asked for it, and every message will have a way out of it that works.

Enquiries stay in our system while there is a live conversation and for two years after the last contact, so that we recognise you if you come back. After that they are deleted.

Records tied to a payment are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is longer, and we cannot delete those on request until that period has passed.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email brett@bestknownbrand.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may have stronger rights than that, including in California and in the European Union and the United Kingdom. We will honour those rights wherever you are, because running two standards is how a business gets one of them wrong.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising.

This site sells to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, email brett@bestknownbrand.com and we will remove it.

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
