Case study
Three leads in thirty days. All three closed.
Buddy Buck, real estate broker with eXp Realty in Duvall, Washington. Seventeen years in Washington real estate, seven in Duvall, and about $2.575 million in closed volume inside the first month of his new site.
Where he started
He had built the audience himself. He had nowhere to send it.
Buddy already had a presence, and he had made it with his own hands: a YouTube channel called Duvall TV, an Instagram, a podcast. People in his market knew his face. What he wanted was to be the name that came up when somebody in Duvall needed an agent, and for that he needed a website that could carry the weight.
So the job was not awareness. He had that. The job was giving all of it somewhere to land.
What we built together
We taught him Claude. He shipped software.
A large part of this engagement was teaching. We introduced Buddy to Claude and to Wispr Flow, and built buddybuck.com alongside him, remotely, over Google Meet, so that he understood what he was getting rather than receiving it.
The claim here is not that he writes things faster. A real estate agent with no development background took the procedures he already ran his business on, put them into Claude, and built an application that his clients and his subcontractors both use. That is a different category of thing, and he did it himself.
buddybuck.com
The website, designed and built with him. The place his name lives, and the thing three sets of clients would later say set him apart.
A progressive web app, built by him
His procedures went into his Claude account and came out as a working application, built with our help and shipped by him. Two sides to it: his clients see regular updates through the whole transaction, and his subcontractors coordinate on the other. His promoter network and every phase of a sale, for buyers and for sellers, live in it.
His own automations
Weekly client emails that he no longer writes by hand. He puts the saving at five to ten hours a week.
Follow-up that answers
A GoHighLevel account, set up together, now posting to his social accounts on its own.
The timeline
Thirty days to build it. Thirty more to close three.
The one-time engagement comes with thirty days of training. Here is what those thirty days held, and what the thirty after them did.

How they found him
When he asked, they told him three things.
This is what the clients said to Buddy, and what Buddy told us.
They searched Google for real estate agents in Duvall, and he was at the top of the map.
Top of the Google map pack within thirty days, with no paid advertising. We checked it ourselves rather than take it on trust: on 6 September 2026, for the search “real estate agents in Duvall, Washington”, Buddy Buck Real Estate is the first business listed, above two RE/MAX offices.
They asked Claude who the best real estate agent in Duvall was, and it said Buddy.
A buyer asked an assistant for a name, got his, and closed. Nobody measured it happening. He asked them, and that is what they told him.
His website looked professional, and it set him apart from the other agents they were interviewing.
They were talking to more than one agent. When they compared, the site was one of the main reasons they chose him.
What the app did for him
Three transactions at once, and the easiest month he has had.
Three closings inside a month means three sets of clients, three timelines and three sets of moving parts running at the same time. Buddy told us it was the easiest experience he has had with clients. The app he built is why: the phases were already written into it, his clients were seeing their updates without asking, and his subcontractors were coordinating in the same place.
That is the difference between a marketing result and a working one. The site got him three clients. The app is how one person handled all three at once.

Seventeen years in Washington real estate, seven of them in Duvall, and a channel called Duvall TV where he has been showing people the town for years. If you want to know what it is like to live there, he has already made the video. If you want to buy or sell there, he is the one the map, the assistant and his last three clients all pointed at.
