Case study
Thirty days built the brand. Then he chose to keep going.
Russ Laggan, russlaggan.com. The Architect of Growth, in his own words. A personal brand launched with the one-time build, and the decision that followed it.
Month one
The one-time build, delivered in full.
Russ bought the one-time build at $4,500. In thirty days it produced a personal brand with his name on the door and the capability to run it himself.
russlaggan.com, launched
His personal brand site, live. About, Philosophy, Book, Speaking, Podcast, Training, and the assessment that opens the conversation.
Thirty days of Claude training, delivered
Run with him personally, complete. The capability is his now and it does not expire with the engagement.
The assessment on his site
The forty-question Pentatype Assessment on russlaggan.com was built from our own intellectual property and reskinned for his brand. His site names it; the credit to us is not on his site yet. An agency can build a client a quiz. This is an instrument with a method behind it, wearing his colours.
A publishing deal
Secured through Legacy Publishing, for the book his site already points to.
What happens after the thirty days
He owned the asset and he had the capability. He kept going anyway, and this is why.
What the one-time gave him
A site, and the ability to run it. Both deliverable in thirty days.
That is the honest answer to what a one-time buyer has when the month ends. An asset they own outright, and a capability that stays with them. Nobody who stops there has been short-changed. The engagement was complete.
What it could not give him
The things that accrue.
A Google Knowledge Panel is not a deliverable. It is the result of consistent work over time. So are the systems behind a brand: the follow-up, the reviews, the reach. None of that arrives in a month, because none of it is a thing you build once. It compounds or it does not exist.
What he decided
Continue, at $4,500 a month.
The monthly is not an upsell bolted onto a finished product. It is the only way to get the part that keeps growing. Russ is a named person who reached that conclusion himself, with the finished site in hand.
Now
Building toward the Knowledge Panel, and launching M3.
The monthly work is now building toward a Google Knowledge Panel for his name and developing the systems behind the brand. Both are in progress. Neither is promised, and we report on them every month, including the months nothing moves.
M3, his coaching programme, launches in about two weeks. It lives inside the personal brand, and it brings the speed to lead work and the GoHighLevel setup with it, because a programme with students needs somebody answering the moment they ask.
The shape of it
A personal brand as the container. A coaching programme inside it.
That is the same shape as Michele Okimura’s engagement: the brand first, under the person’s own name, and then the programme that lives inside it. Two people, two markets, one structure. If you coach, this is the shape of what you would receive.
Go and look
The assessment, on his site.
Forty questions, five types, a report at the end. Built from our own intellectual property and wearing his colours.

In his words
“Brett made this so simple and did it WITH me versus me having to figure it out.”
“Brett made this so simple and did it WITH me versus me having to figure it out. The tools I have now are saving me hours every week. And I'm more organized than ever. I feel empowered now with Ai instead of lost.”
