The training
What you can do on the Monday after each week.
Four weeks, in order. Each one ends with something you can do that you could not do the week before, on your own machine and in your own accounts. The four weeks below are written from what we did with Buddy Buck and Becca Pitts, not from a syllabus.
- Week 01
Your own machine, your own accounts
By the Monday after, you run Claude from your desk and from your phone, it can read your email, your calendar and your CRM, and every account it works in is in your name.
Claude installed on your own computer, Mac or Windows, and on your phone. Dictation with Wispr Flow, so you talk to it rather than type. Connected to your email, calendar and CRM through Claude connectors. GitHub and Vercel opened in your own name, so what gets built later is yours from the first day.
- Week 02
Your business, inside it
You stop re-explaining your business every time. A project holds who you are, how you work and what you sell, and answers in your context, on the right model, without burning your allowance.
A Claude project built around a master brief and custom instructions written from your own procedures. Which model for which job and why. The scoping frameworks we use ourselves, so a decision about what to build gets made before the building starts. The token economy, so a week of work does not spend a month of usage.

Your voice, from your own record
Content that sounds like you, written from what you have already said rather than from a blank page: your site copy first, then posts and articles you can publish without rewriting.
Your own messages and writing become a voice corpus. Becca Pitts fed in over seventy-five thousand of her text messages and her website was written from them. From the corpus: the copy for your site, blog drafts, social posts, and the structured interview that turns your own deals into stories you can publish.

The website in your hands, and one thing that runs without you
You can change your own site and ship the change. One job you did by hand every week now runs on its own, and you know how to build the next one.
Your site is in your own GitHub organisation and deploys from your own Vercel account, and you have made a change to it and shipped it yourself, the way Emily Farmer makes her own updates and Becca Pitts takes website tasks alone. Then your first automation: Buddy Buck no longer writes his weekly client emails, and puts the saving at five to ten hours a week.
